Book Cover Package Options and Pricing

Choosing an existing photo or booking a custom shoot with RLS Images Photography (also known as RLS Model Images Photography) guarantees you will have an original and exclusive photo(s) to license for your cover and/or promotional gear. Any stock image licensed or any photos from your custom shoot will not be sold to any other author for use or licensing. This is a huge benefit above standard stock photo sites, which those photos can be purchased and used over and over on several books and other media. I can work with your model(s) of choice or you can inquire about one of the models posted through-out my Facebook or Instagram pages. I have several pricing options to choose from and if you would like to inquire about an option not listed below, please feel free to contact me so we can work out a plan that best fits your need. I can also work with you on setting up a payment plan if needed.

Package Option 1: $250.00

1 existing RLS Images Photography photo (Photo will not be available for license by any other author after it has been purchased).
- Pricing includes photographer cost and photo license fee only. Model fees are to be added and costs typically range from $150-$450 per model. Author or payee is also responsible for paying the model(s) fee and or any agency fees, in addition to the Package option price listed above.

Package Option 2: $450.00

Custom Shoot Only (3-4 Hours)
6 Total Edited images
The 6 total edited images includes 1 edited photo for book cover use and 5 edited images to be used for promotional material such as banners, teasers, postcards, and bookmarkers only.
- Pricing includes photographer cost and photo license fee only. Model fees are to be added and costs typically range from $150-$450 per model. Author or payee is also responsible for paying the model(s) fee and or any agency fees, in addition to the Package option price listed above.

Package Option 3: $550.00

Custom Shoot Only (3-4 Hours)
7 edited images
The 7 total edited images includes 2 edited photos for book cover use on 2 separate book covers and 5 edited images to be used for promotional material such as banners, teasers, postcards, and bookmarkers only.
- Pricing includes photographer cost and photo license fee only. Model fees are to be added and costs typically range from $150-$450 per model. Author or payee is also responsible for paying the model(s) fee and or any agency fees, in addition to the Package option price listed above.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

Package pricing as listed is minimum pricing.
Package Pricing is based on 60 mile radius of Little Rock, AR. If travel beyond this distance is required, expenses will be quoted and added to overall costs unless otherwise agreed.
For custom shoots, Client is responsible for model(s) wardrobe, make-up, styling, and providing direction of specific poses where applicable.
If you would like to request additional options or ideas to the above the packages, please feel free to contact me for costs.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Remaining balance is due prior to delivery of proof or upload to gallery for viewing.
Payment can be made in form of cash, credit card, or via payPal (RLSImages@yahoo.com).
- RLS Images Photography will consider a payment plan, please inquire for additional details.
Online proofing gallery with link and password will be provided to Client for viewing within 5-10 working days after shoot (Custom Shoot only).
Editing will be performed in the style of the RLS Images Photography and will include resizing and minor touchup. Final edits will be provided to Client 5-10 working days after photos are chosen for edit. If additional editing is required, this will be quoted and added to overall cost.
Final edits will be delivered high resolution and quantity based on purchased package.
Final photos will be delivered digitally. A print release form will be provided to the client as well. Photos can be printed for personal/promotional use only.
Package options do NOT allow photos purchased to be used for commercial sales (i.e., posters, calendars, etc). Please inquire for additional information related to the commercial sales of photos taken by RLS Images Photography.
Copyright of all photos purchased and taken are retained by RLS Images Photography (also known as RLS Model Images Photography).
